The staff were lovely. The buffet breakfast was exceptional given that it was built into the price.
Only thing stopping it getting a ten was the room was colder and the radiator didn’t work, but the Aircon over the door made a little difference.

Building works all around. Nowhere to walk, nearby due to new housing developments next door.
