PrideInn Hotel Nyali

The rooms and Wi-Fi were good. The workers were ok.

A balcony room would be great. Coz if you swim your costume could dry there. Found that there was no area to put or just sit outside the room. Then also the area was small so room was very near the pool area. The ladt night with music was loud. This hotel would be good if traveling for work bit not just relaxing in the room. I thought. Also far from the beach. Visited nyali beach which was very far off not walking distance.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! BEYOND INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! I am completely blown away and overwhelmed by the spectacular service we received at PrideInn Nyali! From the very moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. A massive, heartfelt shoutout to the Reception and the Stuff who went completely above and beyond by coming in incredibly early just to personally prepare and rush our room so we could have an early check-in. That level of dedication is unheard of and set the tone for an unforgettable stay!we had to add a night more... As parents, travelling can be stressful, but Pamela and the rest of the phenomenal staff made us feel so at home from the moment we came in... They helped us so much with our baby’s food and specific likes—nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were so incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind-hearted! We could serve our breakfast and take it away for later as we had to do something in the city in the morning... Everything about this hotel is absolute perfection: • 🫡The Food: Simply amazing! Every single meal was delicious. • ●The Pool: Excellent, clean, and the perfect place to relax. • ●The Location: Absolute perfection! Close to everything we needed. • 🫡The Cleanliness: Spotless! The entire property is fresh water Hotel/no salty water anywhere even though it's located along the Indian beaches in the coast-very clean/ and beautifully maintained- the rooms are amazingly too spacious with Fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, clean electric kettle, tea / coffee /sugar /schlagobers/cream + sealed glass bottled drinking water etc. If you are planning a trip, you MUST stay here. The staff's warmth and hospitality will completely steal your heart. Thank you, PrideInn Nyali, Pamela and the Reception stuff who organised with the other stuff to clear my room ready for early thanks, for making our family stay so magical! We will definitely be back!

I loved everything !!!!

The staff were exceptional and friendly nothing was too hard, we booked an extra night stay. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

Location, my very reason for booking this place as it’s close to main Nyali business centres. The staff are very kind.

Well, this is a basic 3- star place. I have seen more elegant, cleaner and organized 3-stars with better value for money than this. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I booked a ‘superior’ bedroom and ended up in a very basic room with twin beds pulled together. The shower tiles are dangerously slippery and the toilet floor remained wet all time from pipe leakages ( no idea from where). First night I was quite tired and asked for dinner at the restaurant - the food took ages to come by and came out very basic too. I didn’t bother to try the breakfast although I had bed and breakfast booked.
