Loved the beach view, the friendly staff, the menu (even if it was a little small). Really loved how the restaurant is open 24/7 so I didn’t have to limit myself on when I do things.
It wasn’t the fault of the property. Just that there were some loud people in the corridors in the late hours of the night. So maybe the soundproofing could be better, or the people could be quieter.

I stayed in an ocean-view room, and it was amazing! Having a balcony right on the beach made it the ultimate spot to relax and unwind. The cleaning staff, reception and the restaurant crew were extremely polite and nice, and they even went out of their way to help us figure out our laundry, which we had a lot of
The only frustrating experience we had was with the hotel's guest relations service representative. Throughout the stay, I was relentlessly disturbed by unsolicited messages and voice calls on my personal phone. We clearly let him know twice that we didn't need anything - once in the whatsapp chat that he kept texting us in, and another time when he showed up at our room uninvited and spoke with my wife (I was out - I never even met the person), who also told him we needed nothing.
Honestly, I didn't understand the purpose of this man at all, since the rest of the staff was extremely nice—I can't overstate how super helpful and polite the cleaning staff was—as well as capable. Any minor needs we had were easily sorted out directly with them.
The harassment even continued after our trip was over, with repeated pressure to give him "10 star rating" (not sure for what), forcing me to finally block him. It left a bad taste in our mouths for an otherwise great vacation.

The rooms were spacious and accommodated all of us. The staff were friendly especially Najim and the lady at the reception.
even though we didn't meet in person with Najim, he ensured that we were comfortable and followed up on us the following day
The bathrooms were not very clean.
we had paid for sea view and requested to be accommodated on the same floor but that wasn't done.
The sea view from the 3rd Floor was terrible as there are a lot of tree obscuring the view.
We expected to have easy beach access from the rooms but had to walk a bit.
The elevator at some point stopped working
