There was monkey poop on my balcony which wasn’t cleaned for 2 days, the hairdryer wasn’t working but was replaced when i informed reception, and the worst thing was the extremely loud music and karaoke right outside my room until 11pm every night. Also at breakfast, the hotel had this weird system where you sit at table number of your room. There was no table with my room number so they would move me every morning, saying it was in case the occupant of the room showed up! But at least the staff were super friendly and I liked the parrot and cats.
