The facilities were great, everything was where it was supposed to be, felt like being in another town! The food was excellent, certainly felt more than your basic all inclusive buffets and the a la carte restaurants were great. Staff were amazing and made us feel welcome.
The twin room was two single bed stuck together, dunno if thats what twin room means.

The establishment was built in the 60s. Looked brand new. It had beautiful grounds that were well maintained.
Champagne and fruit were in the room . Beach was sandy and beautiful. Staff were excellent and friendly. The lady at the concierge was able to provide places to see in Rhodes such as the villa built for Mussolini, which was a great day trip. Was close to Parsonisi beach which is where the Mediterranean Sea and Aegean Sea meet. Great for wind surfing and sailing. The wait staff was superb

The location near the beach was brilliant and the beach owned by the hotel was beautiful. The pool was great but the food was the outstanding element of the hotel. The food was fresh, hot, and full of variety with lots of options! The entertainment was also strong with a really passionate animation team!
The hotel itself could be improved with a small bit of interior design / styling to make more comfortable in the evenings. The gym also could do with a refresh to bring it closer to the pictures as quite run down.
For 5* I would expect an increased level of service and for it to feel more luxury but felt very standard.

- The best thing about this hotel is easily the location.
- The greek a la carte was good
Keep in mind, this is supposed to be a Five Star Resort:
- The food was mediocre (also most a la carte restaurants)
The normal buffet tastes like in a work cantina. It’s ok, you can eat it, but most of it was not good, some of it was.
- the rooms do not look as modern and polished as on the fotos
- I gave them some clothes (value above 200 Euros) for laundry which they’ve ruined because they did not read the washing instructions on the label (no tumble drying)
I talked to them about it, they chose to not reimburse me for their mistakes because the fine print apparently gives them the right to do that (laundry cost was reimbursed, but not the value of the ruined clothes)
Adding to that I only got my laundry back on the evening before departure after having to ask twice for it.
I had given them my laundry 3 days prior.
I expected more care from a supposed Five Star Resort in particular that they would read the washing instructions in the first place.
