Looks really nice and decent facilities within the hotel.
Didn’t like the fact that they hadn’t labelled food which was vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc.

The food was bad

The property was big and excellent. The water park is amazing and kids didn’t leave the place. The food and the staff were very good and very nice. The room was great with the private pool.
The only thing that I didn’t like is spa which the massage was not good and the Jacuzzi was cold.

Wrong room allocation on arrival, not the only one many guests had the same. Disappointing.
The Al a carte restaurant foods was very basic need to increase the level otherwise it’s the same as the buffet and snack bars basically. Disappointing.
