"Private swimming pool was great and we have used it a lot (junior suite only). I ended up going to main pool just once in a week for few minutes.
Food was nice, staff were friendly, plenty of parking..."

Nice clean Hotel, good breakfasts and dinners. Staff were very helpful. Entertainment could be better.
Hotel location slightly off the beaten track, but the Bus Stop is a 2 minute walk from the Hotel, so we used the Bus a lot to go to Lindos. Lardos Beach is a 5 to 6 minute walk. But we preferred Lindos. From Lindos, you get buses to other Tourist Spots.

Amazing place to stay. Travelled with my 13 and 17 yr old children.
The family room was clean and comfortable.
Water park was fun. Pools always very clean and tidy.
Five minute walk to the beach where you can hire sunbeds from the beach bar if you want. Yes it’s pebbly, if you’ve been to Greece before you’ll know to always pack beach shoes (and a snorkel) !
All food was lovely and fresh. Yes some things are the same each day which is normal at all hotels I’ve been to, but they made a good effort to have a few different options each night. And we never went hungry.
Evening entertainment was lacking and quiet, possible as its end of season? But that actually really suited us as we liked to chill in our room and get a good sleep.
The bus stop just outside was very useful and the buses are significantly cheaper than taxis.
There’s a timetable at reception.
On the advice of some other guests (hello fellow welshies 🏴 ) we used get your guide for excursions.
Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful.
Well stocked shop on site full of snacks, souvenirs and essentials.
Daily housekeeping was lovely to have, and daily fresh towels too.
Pool
Towels can be hired for 10euro each and can be changed as often as you like.
Aircon worked really well.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Sometimes there was a smell from the bathroom drain but it never lasted long.
Not many sunbeds around the main pool but always found room at the water park.
We had a lot of bites from mosquitoes so pack your insect repellent

The food was amazing every night, the bed was comfy. The Wi-Fi was good and the kids loved the waterpark.
The all-inclusive drinks menu is very limited and you even have to pay extra for a bottle of water or metaxa, which is a local drink!
Half of the floats that you needed for the lazy river were deflated or broken I even saw people fighting over rings, we were charged twice for the tourist tax and I had to go to reception every day to try and sort the situation. We had a downstairs room and the balcony door would not lock ,reception told us it would be fine as there were cameras, we looked everywhere and they were no cameras even so I don’t think it’s acceptable to have a ground floor room that you cannot lock! After complaining several times they agreed to move our room so we packed up all our things but were then told they were sending somebody to fix the door and we could keep the room which we had just packed up!

Family oriented hotel, which was important for us, travelling with 3 kids - aquapark had something for all age groups, I think it was the biggest advantage of this hotel.
Kids were happy about ice cream (though I did not understand the reason for the time limit at the bar - until 17.00)
Pizza lady was nice and cooked tasty pizza 👍
Honestly the worst all inclusive experience we have had so far. Did not understand - why this hotel has a 4* ranking - room furniture was more than basic (photo of family room bunk bed attached), pool towels of such quality I would use for cleaning the floor, not giving to guests - ripped and with holes, received such several times over the week, food was simple, modest choice and repeated (yet most tasted well), sports equipment was really bad and overused - tennis racket had part of the grip broken off (and remaining covered with a plastic tape), volleyball had parts ripping off.
All inclusive cocktails were 😖 no snacks available at the bar (not even basic chips or nuts to have with a drink in the evening).
Loud air conditioner, had trouble sleeping (also not an option to switch it off during the night, as it was quite hot).
Did not like that sink was located by the entrance door in the room and bathroom had matt glass door (during the night had to go with a phone light not to wake up rest of the family).
During one night a water pipe broke in a bathroom on our floor, which resulted with a flood (we had to place towels by the door to avoid it flowing in). Technical assistance arrived quite a while after the accident happened, stopped the water, yet the corridor floor was not fully cleaned before quests started leaving rooms in the morning. Surely accidents may happen, yet there were no efforts to clean it asap.
Overall, lots of items to work on and renew.
