Lovely clean room, location couldn't be better. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection not awesome but decent, and totally fine for the price range.
Little bits of weirdness here and there: almost ALL the cutlery at our table at breakfast was actually dirty so I had to fetch from the next table (maybe a previous eater put a knife full of Nutella back into the clean ones, who knows); lift was not working for a bit at some point; key card stopped working suddenly so I had to go to reception get a new one. Nothing major but does tarnish the overall impression somewhat - but to be fair staff was nice and helped solve anything that needed solving.

The best location, easy to acsess all public transport to get from and to airport and around city for visiting good sighseeing spots, and lots of shopping and food close by. Clean room and bathroom. I recomend this hotel if you would like to stay close to shopping, food and to public transport (sbahn, ubahn, tram) its a good point to start from :)

The room was very clean and pretty spacious for a single room.
The bed was comfortable.
It was quiet and I had a good night's sleep.
The neighbourhood was lively and didn't feel unsafe.
The shower cabin was a good size, yet I somehow managed to bump around. Nowhere to put your stuff in the shower.
I had to wake up extra early one of the mornings because the hotel was affected by some council repair works and there would be no running water for a few hours after six. I know it was out of the hotel's control but it was kind of a downer.

Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Short walk to and from Alexanderplatz.
Mould in shower, slightly smelly drains in bathroom, lift was really slow. No fridge or safe in room.
