The Location is perfect, 7 mins walk from Alexanderplatz
Some of the staff were not friendly at all, not helpful sometimes and rude!

Beds were comfy and location was handy.
Breakfast could have been better.

la posizione era ottima
non siamo mai riuscite a parlare con il personale, abbiamo fatto tutto da sole. Di sicuro il prezzo non ne valeva i servizi

Great location and value for money. Liked the fact they had vending machines, was useful if you just wanted a snack
Horrible smell in our room from the sewers, but we noticed this was everywhere in Berlin. Plug sockets in the room were really impractical - if you’re on a bunk bed there’s no charger by the beds.
