Location was great ,breakfast was fine , staff were great considering there was a takeover ongoing
Lack of communication around problems two days we told them about a leaking tap before they told anyone to fix it , asked on day three for the room to be cleaned bins emptied and new towels , bin was done towels replaced but no cleaning done . Shower was superb best I’ve ever used . The emergency sirens going off non stop on an evening.

Location, easy walk distance from U and S Bahn.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Good breakfast
Very comfortable beds and decent pillows.
No problems with street noise.
Little wardrobe space for a 5 night stay.
The location of the QR-code to get hotel information. Just avove the desk under the TV.

Decent rooms for a respectable sum
It was not easy to find the hotel despite it saying its super sentral. Not easier to find when theres more hotels with the exact same name in the same area.
No signs to point you to the hotel and no easy to spot recozgniziable colour on the hotel neither. It just looks like every office building in the same place
