Good, clean, well equipped rooms, friendly staff, great facilities (especially for cycling and padel), food is good, and good value for money.
The draft beer isn’t quite right… never has been!

Slow checking in procedure.

facilities for cycling are excellent, also the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful
my single room was quite small, there wasn't quite enough room to get a bike in the room

Proximity to facilities
It felt like a prison- the line of bedrooms was depressing and couldn't hear a thing at breakfast time
