Very clean! Great location.
Friendly staff. Nice lap pool. Very secure bike garage.
Food on dinner buffet was average. The water temperature of the lap pool could have been warmer

The building was clean and fresh in a modern design, spacious and well laid out. It catered well for our needs being on a cycling holiday with an excellent on site cycle hire shop. The small aparments were cmfortable with plenty of space for two and a well equipped small kitchenette. Rooms were well serviced every day
Our room (and others) had step in the bathroom and living area, which in my opinion is a fall hazard particulary at night if you are going to the bathroom.
The air conditioning and control panel didn't work particularly well, complained twice but not convinced the hotel took any action despite assurances..

The location was excellent - very close to everything
On arrival our first room smelt absolutely disgusting - in fairness the staff member moved us straight away once we complained. Our teens were in a room across the hall from us and their bedroom didn’t smell as bad on arrival but was pretty damp smelling for our entire 6 nights and the air con didn’t work properly so it was a really poor experience for them. The second major issue I had was that there were very few sunbeds by the pool and they were generally all gone by 8am. This meant we had to go and pay for sunbeds at the beach each day. For the cost of the stay here they should invest in more sunbeds or remove towels from sunbeds. It was the worst situation for sunbeds I have experienced.
