Not clean, but you get what you pay for.

The location is good. The room & the bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen.
There is no tap water in the room. Breakfast is very basic.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to cook.
You’re packed in like sardines with a tiny window that barely opens because they attached a cable lock to it. I actually looked it up and everything about this is illegal according to local code. A bad review won’t do anything to stop them, you have to file a complaint with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (Environmental Health / Private Sector Housing) and the London Fire Brigade.
