Staying there already 3/4 times, stuff is great, facilities are very clean, bedding is fresh. Kitchen is also nice, you can use it as a lounge, even at night. Location is convenient. It’s my favourite so far from all hostels I know in London They also have laundry room in the kitchen with ironing board.
All great

Nice and neat
The bathroom in the basement didn’t have foot mat to prevent falling

It is clean.
Some people from the staff are not helpful at all. They are not friendly at all. It is quite frustrating. In this cold weather, it was quite cold in that room and there was no heating available. I wasn’t comfortable in that temperature.
