Tranquil room. Walking distance to great spots. Good breakfast quality service
Dragging of tables & chairs causing very loud screeching & noise below floors. Perhaps padded legs on chairs & tables to dampen the noises very early in morning to avoid patrons waking.

Beautiful building in a fabulous location .
The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble.
A small thing , no phone charging points next to the bed but otherwise everything else was fine.

Was in a great location and staff were great
We were placed in the room inbetween the entry of the hotel and reception so we basically heard everyone check in and check out.. bags rolling in and out and every conversation had at any time. Mentioned it after the first night and they couldn’t do anything about it and apparently an email is sent out if you are placed in that room. Didn’t get one
