The location.
The rooms are extremely small.

Loved everything about this place. Location, staff, and cleanness. Strongly recommended!
Nothing that I can think of.

Location
No hotel bar.
Rooftop Terrace had no real facilities- couldn’t buy a drink or snack, no staff. Just water available and a few nuts on a table. Photographs look better than the real thing.
Paid extra for a Premier Room which was quite basic. No full length mirror available in room.
No tissues provided.
There were no bath robes or slippers which had to be requested (they should have been).
The nozzle for the hairdryer was the wrong one and didn’t fit.
Breakfast was ok but fairly basic.
Having paid over £400 per night it was not good value for money and we wouldn’t return.
