The view is truly exceptional, exactly as shown in the photos. Not only do you get a stunning view of Wat Arun, but you can also watch all the hustle and bustle of life on the Chao Phraya River. A fascinating sight that never gets old!
The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with wooden interiors and all sorts of decorative objects giving it a delightful old-world charm.
Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, but it seems to be quite popular.
The hotel is a little tricky to reach, tucked away at the end of a very narrow alley that makes access by car difficult. In addition, there is no lift and the staircase is narrow, making the hotel unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.
During the rainy season, the balcony is quite exposed to wind and rain, making it difficult to enjoy.
Finally, all that wood comes with a few drawbacks: be aware for instance that the bed might creak when you move.
None of these quirks should necessarily put you off staying here, though. As long as you know what to expect and are comfortable with these limitations, the hotel's unique charm and spectacular views make it well worth considering.

rate is valuable. and the scene of wat arun is unbelievable
the balcony. the roof is too near to the floor so when it rains the water splash out

We left immediately and found a different hotel.
