The Manager and staff were welcoming, thoughtful and exceptionally kind. My partner was injured and unwell and the Manager and staff were very kind and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and the river views are wonderful.

Really nice part of bangkok, with good walking streets right outside the doorstep. Also a very different vibe to many of the big luxury hotels in Bangkok, which was nice. The pool in the jungle setting and river views were nice.
For the price it’s not good valuable for money, for a similar price (or less) there’s 100s of hotels that are much nicer in Bangkok. The room was very basic and nothing special (hard mattress too). Also very limited amenities, nowhere to eat unless you arrange it in advance and not any staff around.
