The staff, the accommodations, the food and the wine were absolutely fabulous. So was the location. I have nothing negative to say.

Room was cozy and comfortable. Fittings, linens and finish feel lux and grown up. Loved the free standing bath and appreciated room service on a rainy evening.
It’s overpriced. My standard room had zero extras - instant coffee, no robes, not even fresh milk. I enjoyed my stay but you can get more for your money in Bristol.

Bedroom had poor lighting making it difficult to get ready, the vanity kit wasn’t very good, no coffee machine in the room.
