Lovely bathroom.
Nice bedroom.
Fresh coffee and loose tea leaves which was nice.
Friendly staff.
Comfortable bed.
The bar area was really nice and funky.
The fruit provided was quite old and not nice.
We had a brick wall in front of most of our window (room 35).

Second time staying here. Staff just as helpful and efficient as last time, location perfect for university and Clifton area. Covered parking is a real advantage as it's much cheaper than on-street rates. Love the sherry and fresh fruit in the room.
Like last time, the bar and restaurant weren't available in the evening because of a wedding, and breakfast in the morning finished early to accommodate the wedding party later on. Found breakfast a bit confusing: menu offered 3 cooked options, of which I had one, which was delicious - but the people next to me had something completely different, that wasn't on the menu at all.

Lovely room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom. Lounge area pleasant and relaxing. Nice location.
Gable end directly outside the window so unable to see out. Chose not to eat in restaurant as menu lacked vegan options.
