We just love this place and hope to be returning to it in the Spring of '27. Great location for travelers arriving/leaving Munich by train as the München Hauptbahnhof (München Hbf) is right across the street. Area is very safe to walk around and within walking distances 15-20 mins to Marienplatz. In fact, we did a lot of walking to see the sites and this place is not very far to pick up the On Off bus to tour the city more. There are car rental places within the block and the hotel has parkiing, provided it's not electric. There is a restauarant on site which is pretty good and there are lifts to get you to your rooms. Staff was incredibly helpful. If you forget something at home, there is an elevated convenience store where you will find most anything you may need within the block.
Honestly can't think of a thing we didn't like.

Everything was amazing, the best part was the breakfast in the morning and the staff.
The only thing I might point out was the room AC didn't cool the room enough and I reported it a couple of time (room 411)
