We loved the location, it's a relatively short walk to the city center. The lobby/bar/office/lounge area IS AMAZING; it's very cozy and elegant, inviting you to hang out and have a drink. The whole hotel is very comfortable!!! Fantastic breakfast with a lot of variety!!
Overall, everything was very good. The rooms are a little small, but everything was excellent.

The location was nice, close to center yet silent and nice neighborhood. The lovely room layout was nice, spacious enough and well designed, every essential tool had their own and accessible space.
Carolina greeted me early in the morning with a happy smiling face and helped me to have an early checkin after a long night flight. She made sure my stay was good and I felt so happy to find such a nice person with every other member of the staff I have met there.
I would prefer less softer pillows but did not ask for it maybe the hotel provides it.
I would love to have coffee in my room but barista coffee from the lobby is to be purchased to enjoy in the room so no problem.

The breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Excellent location.
Safe for a single room to stay there but it is mainly for business people who need meeting rooms and travel solo.
I was downgraded from a better room because I asked if I could be near my daughter but I wasn't told about it. If I had known I would have taken the better room. My daughter had an ensuite bathroom. I wound up with the shower at the foot of my bed. Unfortunately the shower was make of clear glass and slippery for a senior. The toilet was also in the room behind frosted glass. My daughter lost her hot water and had to take a shower in my room. I sat facing the window until she was done. Ridiculous. I should never have been downgraded without my consent.
