The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for getting into Oxford, and we liked that our room was in a house away from the main hotel. The breakfast was excellent.
The room was small, but fine for our needs.

Location and the front of house staff
Not enough parking. Noisy room. Cold. Water took far too long to run hot. Someone else’s soap suds still up the wall.

The setting and building was nice.
The room was fine but it was the access facilities room so no real counter space in the bathroom. There was a large doors but it was on the bottom floor so felt exposed as it was looking out onto an access path.
We got a coffee from room service that was disgusting. I'd have preferred espresso pods/machine in the room rather than instant coffee.
The cleaner also walked in very quickly around 11:45 so just before checkout and my partner was getting changed so that was a bit unsettling.
