The location was great, would have been difficult to get a better location.

Exceptional value for money (we’ve paid a lot more to get much less) in a stellar location on the main Via Etna…close to everything essential. Great size room. Sergio and the staff were incredibly helpful providing personal assistance in going above and beyond.

Clean and great location.
Told not to drink the tap water but they charge for bottled water. Apparently that's not illegal in Italy.... But i kind of think drinking water is a basic right in a hotel? Staff were very helpful and the place was clean. Very convenient position. Basic accommodation

Great location in the heart of Catania.
The entrance and elevator to the hotel are very old. Very poor lighting in the corridor and its a bit dangerous going up and down the stairs without light, we had to use our mobile torch.
