Easy to find in exactly the location I needed to be

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful...a credit to the company. Rooms and bathrooms clean also bedding. Beds were comfy and overall a good price. Perfect to go on Skyhook breaks and local exploration of Ben Nevis and the Lochs. Would stay again.
The doors were noisy when closing (slam shut automatically) I realise they have to close tight due to fire regs...but they disturb anyone sleeping and also the hall light being so bright during the night.

Clean, Comfortable and really spacious and individual bathroom which is rare in hostels. You can view The Jacobite train from the Neptunes staircase or even from killmallie road bus stop which are pretty close from the hostel by walk
The transit to the hostel is bit of a hassle especially on the weekends. So if you are travelling without a car, make sure you plan ahead with the bus timings or the nearest train station Banavie

The location was good it’s close to fort William, it isn’t in fort William centre though it was 15 minutes drive so we drove back into town for dinner. The team member on reception was friendly.
There weren’t curtains on the dorm beds and some people slept late which isn’t ideal if you plan to hike at 6am. The dorms were mixed and the beds were pretty close together. There was a sink in the room but if people are sleeping you don’t wanna use it. The shared bathrooms were very limited so there was a wait but also the sink was blocked in one. We thought the add on continental breakfast was a bit overpriced.
