Location is convenient for an easy walk into the city centre, while being quiet and within walking distance of 3 supermarkets. The accommodation was generally warm and comfortable. The room was mostly very clean, though the chair in the corner had not been moved to hoover for a while. There was a fridge in the room which was handy. Good communication in run up to the stay.
Room and shower were pretty compact. I was disturbed overnight by the sound of a toilet flushing in other rooms - surprisingly loud.

Fairly close to the city centre with supermarkets and restaurants close by. Facilities were excellent with a fully kitted kitchen, washing machine and dryer available. Room size was great albeit smelling a bit musty when we got back after a day out. Opening the windows sorted that out. Saying all of that i would stay there again as I felt it was value for money, compared to other accommodation in Inverness.
We stay for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned, cups, tea and coffee were never replenished. We made our own beds and emptied our own bin on a daily basis. We used the same towels for the duration of the stay. The fire alarm went off one night at midnight and we stood in the street until a staff member arrived to switch it off, was a false alarm. Wifi wasn't great but, but usable. We didn't have hot water one night, but received communication regarding possible electricity interruption that afternoon.
