Location was fine . Local traffic works ongoing makes getting there somewhat difficult but that's not the Eskdales problem
Toilet seat was very loose- just needs tightening up
Wall light near kettle needs replacing as it kept flashing but never came on properly.

It's Near to the venue where I was going. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Lots hot water. Warm room. Comfy bed.
Very dated room and bathroom. Carpet ripped and stained. Bathroom needs updating or if not able please re seal the bathroom edges as these look bad . Wall paper ripped. Curtain pole bent. Single glazed windows you can feel the breeze come through. Window string broken hence why the wooden block was there. Good to have spare pillow but having gas canisters above head height in the wardrobe dangerous as one nearly fell out. I told young man who I gave room key to in the morning. I feel £85 for the night expensive for that room especially not including breakfast.
