When I went in my room, the decor was nice enough (bold red and white), and the cleaner had left it looking very neat. The towels, and even the shower gel were red. Though there was a busy road out the window, I got my normal amount of sleep, which is the most important thing. There are grocery shops within 2 minutes walk to get something to eat.
The entrance; the entrance hallway has obviously not been decorated for a long time, though this poor impression changed when I saw that the inside of my room was so much better (though not quite perfect; minor water stain in one corner, which did not bother me).
When I got there, there was already someone else in the room I'd been told to use!! Worrying - but to be fair, with use of the mobile phone, they sorted out this muddle within 10 minutes and I was allocated another room. Then it was fine.
If you must have a hotel that looks newly decorated and perfect, go elsewhere. If you want a budget stay at an inn, this place is decent value. If you dislike the colour red, stay away.

there is no parking at that place, i woke up at 0600h and found out that i was charged £30 pound parking ticket. i was coming from Birmingham which is £30 fuel too and from therefore paying parking ticket made the whole booking for Oldtraford not value for money, you make people book for a stay and know you don't have parking, that is very bad and not worth coming there again,
