Staff are great, location is great, rooms are comfortable enough and it's still pretty good value for money
The whole building including the rooms looks a bit tired and really need a refresh. The sound proofing could also be better.
I believe the place is planned for renovations so I'll be keen to try it again once that is all complete!

Good location in relation to the cbd, and very quiet. Seemed to be few people around. Rate for the two night stay were good.
Shower stall is small and not well designed. Water leaks onto the bathroom floor and has an unsafe glass ledge for soap, etc. plus wide variation in hot/cold water.
Mattress was soft, as were the pillows. No food service on site and ‘cafe’ unattended with little on offer other than bags of crisps and soft drinks.
