It was neat and clean
There was nowhere to park except in the hotel and then I was informed it was a fee. The breakfast was very minimal.

The reception team- especially the young man who helped me during check-in was incredibly helpful & upgraded our rooms in the last minute to assist in accommodating us, so that my husband & young son can bunk in with me (last minute decision). He upgraded us with ease & offered us an extra roll out bed. Requests to the front desk were actioned very promptly & facilities (esp. the Happy Hour time at the Bar) was excellent! We along with several friends who also booked rooms there for an event in Canberra, were very happy with everything. Lifts were very quick as well & having 24/7 gym is great!!
Nothing that I can think of. Would be nice to have a pool? But that's a luxury we can do without!

The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Loved the rooms, clean and stylish and a pillow menu!
The parking and having to pay for it. I believe it should be inc. In your room $.
