We stayed here for a function at the hotel so it was convenient for us. It has a nice bar on the roof top.
A little far from the CBD. It’s close to the tram stop. The rooms were noticeable if poor quality interior and the lifts were falling apart.

The location is excellent and the staff are helpful
Our room was backing on to the elevators and when someone would get off on our floor and were talking it was very noisy and seemed like they were in the same room as you, so be careful when booking your room here that you are not up against the elevators, my bad, I should have gone and complained and changed rooms, but a lesson well learned for next time.
