Great location in Sardinero, very easy to drive to. Rooms looked newly refurbished and were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Parking was a bit steep at €20 a night.

Good location
Old hotel focusing on profit avoiding maintenance.
Reception staff at the edge of acting arrogant, lacking basic training on hospitality and friendliness.
The room not clean - no excuse for a 4 star rated hotel charging 200 EUR/night. Sticky light switches, worn out rooms, hairs on the bed, dust everywhere.
