The breakfast on the mezzanine was superb in terms of choice, presentation staff
The desk staff were really friendly and helpful
The lift was very effective
Everything in the hotel was very clean and to a high standard
There are no bedside tables, just a charging point and small shelf for phone ( easy to knock off when the alarm goes off). It would have been useful to have one for tissues, water, book, medicines etc .This is the only thing we could write here!!

Hotel in a good place to explore Santander bus and taxis right next door.
Room was nice and clean only on the second floor right next to the lift yes a nice hotel for three stars should give more.
