The staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent for bars & restaurants.
Our room was too dark which made it difficult to see to do anything!

Comfortable room, especially the bed. Bathroom was well equipped and clean with lovely hot water.
Unfortunately our stay was spoiled because I couldn't park in the Hotel Car park. The spaces are just too small for todays modern cars. Also, we travelled with our dog and although the hotel accepts pets they do not cater for pets very well. There is no place in the Dining area where we our pet was accepted so we couldn't have breakfast in the hotel.

No kettle or tea/coffee in the room

Ok....not as good as Burgos NH.
Room was too small. Aircon unit outside window prevented a good night's sleep.
