Excellent location and friendly staff

The location is excellent, and the staff was polite and welcoming overall. Additionally, compared to typical European standards, the breakfast was rich, varied, and of good quality.
A couple of issues affected our stay:
- Iron and ironing board: Although there was a designated space in the closet for an iron, none was present. I requested one at reception in the morning and was assured it would be delivered. By the evening it still hadn't arrived, so I had to follow up in person and wait while a staff member retrieved an iron—only to find out there were no ironing boards available at all, which was quite surprising.
- Cleanliness and odor: Upon check-in, the initial cleanliness of the room was below standard. While housekeeping cleaned thoroughly on the following days, the room consistently smelled strongly of cigarette smoke after being serviced, forcing us to air it out ourselves every time.

Large spacious room with nice views. We had 3 verandahs on the corner suite all with some view and when all opened up created a huge space. Location was good for main road and distance to train station etc and a not too long a walk into the main Plaça . Staff were very helpful and breakfast was a pretty good price and good selection. Location also good with plenty of eateries nearby and a couple of super merkats.
All pretty good. The room had some damage to the wooden overlay floor that looked a bit tired but superficial only.

Good location in hustling and bustling area. Tons of restaurants and shopping stores all in walking distance. 10 minute taxi from the Sants train station. The room was great size for our family of 4. Our room also had two bathrooms.
The hotel is extremely outdated. Nothing like the pictures. Everything had wear and tear with stains on walls. Missing finishing pieces around the room. The bathroom has seen better days. It is not a 4 star hotel by any modern standards. The front desk staff were hit or miss but overall friendly. They were doing construction in the room next to ours so noise during the day. There's a stocked fridge but nothing complementary in it. There's no self laundry service. Expensive for what you get but it may just be the cost for being in a lively area.
