Gorgeous layout in room. Functional too. Great staff so friendly and helpful. Wonderful location
Nothing. Just not there for even 24 hrs so hard to mark a 10

Great central location especially for public transport (metro and bus) and really easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. Comfortable beds, bathroom is small, that’s fine I don’t need a huge bathroom for the type of room I had. And really helpful and friendly staff.
The only thing I would say is the room was very dark, there needed to be another light or lamp as not much natural light gets in from the window (not the fault of the hotel, it’s just in shade cos of the buildings).

Location was great
Room size was alright
Luggage staff was very helpful
The lighting of the room was terrible as there was no lights on the wall just basic lamps on the side that you couldn’t see anything in your room at night which made it impossible. Cloudy days were also a nightmare . We had a family room as well and one of the kids rooms had a makeshift window was faced the shaft wall hence no sunlight into the room day ir night. It was terrible. Breakfast was very basic and not representative of the expensive price for the hotel.
We celebrated a bday and I asked the staff just for a candle at breakfast and was told the entire hotel had run out ! They only give you one bottle of water at check in and don’t refill that water again in your room so be aware.
