Clean, comfortable, very friendly, good-value, and not too far out (about 40-minutes walk from both main stations). Super-helpful with looking after my luggage after checking out, and also sitting in lobby. Quiet on the whole, but the noise of voices from reception can carry to first floor around early breakfast time. A decent amount of space, with private bathroom, desk, luggage rack, tv, etc. Not much noise from street - distant rumble of trams. Tram stop just across square for all central locations. Much more salubrious area than my usual haunts near the main station!!

- Position
- Room was cold. Only the heating in the bathroom was a little warm while the one in the bedroom was completely off. We notified this and at the beginning we were told that we could have change the room and at the end we just received additional sheets given that in all the rooms the situation was the same
