The location is central and near to many places. Ubahn and other public connections aren't very far.
There's no AC and it could get really hot if you don't keep the curtains closed. At night it can get a bit loud especially on weekends.

The location is very good if you travel to Frankfurt for business. The room was clean and spacious enough.
The staff was super polita and nice. They were always available to answer all my questions.
The pillow was too big, and I had a hard time adjusting it during the night

Great location, hotel clean and staff very friendly and helpful.
The area is busy and some antisocial behaviour but unfortunately this is typical of many cities in Europe. However, we did not feel unsafe. Also the hotel's windows kept out the noise from the street.
It would be useful to have local info including maps and train/bus timetables.
There was a fan in the room which suited us but air-conditioning would be useful for warmer weather.

The location of Hotel Scala is really perfect. It’s very central, close to the city center and only a short walk from the Konstablerwache station. There are plenty of cafés, small restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping centers nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach.
I really liked the area because you can simply walk out of the hotel and find everything around you. The location is definitely one of the best things about staying at this hotel.
One thing I don’t really like is the noise from the school, especially during school hours. I stay at this hotel quite often when I’m in Frankfurt, and if you’re unlucky and get a room at the back of the hotel, you can hear the schoolchildren quite loudly. If you want to relax, take a nap, or simply have some quiet time during the day, it can be quite disturbing.
Apart from that, I really like the hotel, especially because of its excellent location.
