All except the breakfast
Breakfast should be at the hotel, not the cafe next door. staff at cafe was rude, wouldn't even give a extra butter instead of the jam, nor give a second hot drink, asked for water, they gave 2 sips in a tiny shot glass.

Easy walk from the station to the hotel just the other side of the river. Member of staff on the desk was excellent. Very helpful. Lift gave easy access to the room. A short walk to the old town along the river and nearby streets. A fantastic chocolate shop in the old town with hot chocolate (100%) advertised as the best in the city - and it was exceptionally good.
Nothing really, although the shower was a little tired and in need of renewal.

The location could not have been better – so close to the station, and so close to Old Town, it made walking around Zurich a breeze. The room was cute. Yes, it's incredibly dated, but very clean and well maintained, and there was a certain kind of charm about it looking ripped out of a bygone era.
Nothing! It was nicer than expected and we were very happy with our stay.
