The location of hotel is excellent.
The room did not have many outlets.

They accommodated us when we returned to the hotel at the end of the entire trip to Switzerland and requested for a lower floor with lift access. Wonderful!!

Location, location, location. So near to zurich hbf and the main shopping district. Easy to get around.
Lower floor is a bit noisy but they provide ear plugs. Top floor no lift access so we had to carry our luggage up the narrow staircase.

Good location
Noisy, very noisy in fact and a little too warm as there was no AC (not the end of the world but it was a hot day and with the noise outside, you had to have the window open to get a little airflow thru the very small room) Passable and we chose it for its location, not its amenities.
