The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, within walking distance of the main train station, with the bus station right across the street — extremely convenient for day trips and traveling around Switzerland. The Old Town is just a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, and there is a coffee machine on the floor. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to suit different tastes. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the entire hotel.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of drinking water for each guest upon arrival. Housekeeping was excellent, with the room cleaned thoroughly every day.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return on our next visit!
The only downside was the lack of a wardrobe or bedside table, which made our stay as three people sharing one room for a week slightly less comfortable.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Large room, 2 minute walk from station, AC was effective at both cooling and heating
Whenever cooling the room, AC made strange noises that made it sound like someone was trying to open our door. We slept poorly because these noises happened every 5-10 minutes.
You unlock/lock your room by phone. There is a button on the door which "locks" the door, but this doesn't actually do anything because you can override the lock with your phone. I would have preferred a traditional physical lock.
Walls were extremely thin, I could hear everything that was happening in the bathroom of the room next to ours.
Shower was poorly designed and leaks water everywhere after you finish your shower/open the doors.

The utilitarian room was functional. All day coffee and tea. Breakfast spread was decent.
Expensive for a 3* property but there again, everything is expensive in Zurich.

The location is excellent, near the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center.
The rooms are very small and the bed is uncomfortable; it's not worth the booking price. The breakfast also lacks anything worth paying 20 CHF .

"Ultra convenient to Zurich HBF.
Convenient independent checkin, with helpful staff available, if needed.
Don’t expect a chic boutique hotel - but super convenient, modern and clean."
