The breakfast was absolutely superb and the restaurant was also wonderful with outstanding service and food.
The room was pleasant and clean. We upgraded and had a nice balcony view.
The venue is very large and felt like like a conference venue. Our room was a long way from the main area which felt less special. The shower in the room was tiny. I’m 5’2” and very slim and I kept banging my elbows. I’d say this was a real design flaw.
and accessing the spa was a little embarrassing on day one as there was no info given. So we walked down in our robes to find it was under the hotel on the other side of the road.
Advice would be get dressed there; they have everything you need and it’s lovely
The outside pool area lacked staff so plates of food and drinks were not cleared away.

Breakfast staff was good, service was good. Bed was uncomfortable, it was two single beds next to each other, then they covered with something to make it look like a one bed, but it was still moving (from head furniture). Also one of the bed pieces had a small whole (not flat, inside shaped) probably it was overused, my wife had back pain next day, then I switched my side with her. We called the reception, they said next day they can change our room, we did not want to pack again, instead we wanted them to change the bed and they didn't.
Bed, and limited view of the room because it was top right corner and lack of balcony. The linens and cushion covers were poor quality, cushion covers were much bigger then cushion itself, not ironed
