The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly. The view from our balcony was breathtaking.
It was a bit sparse the the communal areas

Stunning location on the lake shore line , great transport networks with bus stop and train station a short walk with escalators and lift to enable easy transfers.
Breakfast was adequate but a little disappointing for the price but a wonderful view over the lake and mountains from the dining area.
The air conditioning was noisy and may have been inadequate in height of summer.
Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been welcome and missed in this type of accommodation where you would consider it to be a standard facility.

What a beautiful view and hotel. The balcony room has one of the most amazing views that I’ve ever seen in my life. The staff always kind.
