Our suite was spacious and superb with amazing views and luxury high-quality furniture, king size bed, bedding, personal amenities and large balcony with outdoor seating. The hotel property itself was majestic with wonderful luxury, modern facilities and is in a great central location opposite the lake. The hotel staff, restaurant and bar were all excellent. Our dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the waiters were friendly and professional, which made our dining experience even more memorable.
Unfortunately, our suite did not have air-conditioning, only heating. As the weather was warm during our visit, we had to leave the balcony doors wide open to allow some fresh air into the suite. The hotel staff did offer us a fan for the room which was okay but did not cool the room itself sufficiently. This is the only thing we didn't like about our suite and the property. Everything else was truly majestic as per the hotel's name!

Lovely grand old style hotel. It really is majestic. The grand staircase alone! Best location in town. We loved it here. The room was large and beautifully appointed and the view of the lake and mountains was wonderful. Get a lake view room with a balcony. Well worth it. The breakfast was exceptional. Don’t forget to have a sauna and steam room. Rejuvenating. The staff and so lovely, professional and friendly. This is a classy hotel.

The location was excellent. The staff at the front desk and bell men were friendly.
For the price of the room, everything else was extra and pricey, including coffee and water. The AC was subpar. The staff at the bar and grill were discriminatory and misleading.
