Everything
I thought the hotel could leave the information sheet available at reception in each room. It had wifi password, shuttle information etc. and I wouldn't have known about it except that one of my party asked.

Very polite, helpful and friendly staff.
Excellent breakfast.
Pool area and bar were wonderful.
Great location.
The hotel is very dated inside.
The outside looks very grubby
On the whole the hotel is a bit tired.

Great location - beautiful views and close to the main area of Valletta without being in the hustle and bustle
Very tired hotel not even remotely good value for money. Shower drain was blocked, the toilet struggled to flush, no PowerPoints near the bed or in the bathroom. Buffet had great variety but poor quality for a 5 star hotel.
