Old warm charm. Staff member on duty was very friendly, room was spacious and comfortable.
Needed some concierge type assistance for recommendations around the city.

Good location, although next to church bells and currently major renovations all around. However that is everywhere in Valletta. Some lovely touches, free bottle of wine in arrival and complimentary brandy and port left for guests every night.
The hot water was intermittent.
