Stuff at the front desk are very kind and helpful
Cleaning was very bad

It’s hard to find proper - clean - hotels in this area (Taksim). Though Naz City was quite clean and professionally run. Staff was very friendly and responsive. They have airport shuttle for a reasonable price. Also, Turkish hamam & sauna area was good and clean despite being relatively small.
The only problem is that despite being advertised as Taksim, this place is 10-15 min away from the Taksim square. This would have not been an issue if the road was easily accessible. To get to Taksim, you have to climb literally up. There’s no public transport also helping to reach to the Taksim square.

I loved the view from my from window
Visitors are not allowed in. Distance to the mall and the environment at the back was very hilly
