9th floor. Could not open windows for fresh air.
The climate control was overridden and room was very hot with no way to cool the room or open a window. It made it uncomfortable.

Location, gym and spa
Hamam was smelly, rooms very old, no smart tv and ish/c points. Carpet in bedroom is stained and smelly. Can’t use the balcony because it has never been cleaned. No proper fruits for breakfast only fermented grapes and unripe apple or pears.
No alternative milks.
Overall it’s a 3 star hotel for me.
