Great rooms, great breakfast and great location!
The staff were lovely as soon as we arrived, helping us with our luggage and showing us our room. The room was cleaned at your request and the view from our room was amazing. Could see the whole city and sunset. The building also has a spa, sauna, gym and pool which was great for the price!
The breakfasts served each morning were delicious and had a large variety. They even had a coffee machine which created anything from cappuccinos to hot chocolates in two seconds. They were very handy to start our day.
The location was also great as it wasn’t in an overly busy street yet it was only a 10 min walk to taksim square where the main shopping strips (istiklal road) and train and bus stations all are.
We were very happy with our stay :)

🛑 STOP — LOOK NO FURTHER! THIS HOTEL IS THE BEST OVERALL!
We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The staff truly made our stay special, and the level of service, knowledge, and hospitality was outstanding.
Yalcin, the General Manager, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and speaks multiple languages. He went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for, especially with our shopping needs, and gave us excellent advice about the area.
Mahmood from Guest Relations is incredibly friendly and welcoming. When it comes to Istanbul’s social life, nightlife, and places to go, he is very knowledgeable and always ready to help with recommendations.
Duygu at the front desk is wonderful! Friendly, multilingual, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. She can guide you in the right direction and is extremely helpful with reservations and anything else you may need during your stay.
The breakfast is delicious, with a great selection, and the hotel offers excellent value for the money.
What really separates this hotel from others is the staff. They don’t simply provide service—they genuinely make an effort to help you enjoy Istanbul and get the most out of your stay.
Highly recommended. We would absolutely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We should have stayed longer!!!
