Excellent location and accessible from train station via underground passage. Fast internet and easy to cast phone to TV. Clean and quiet rooms. Executive Lounge accees was a nice bonus that came with our room. Luggage storage area was modern and secure.
Room was often a little too hot and the aircon didn't seem to cool very effectively. The portable cooling fan also didn't do a lot.

Hotel desk clerks are always helpful and friendly. Room is clean
Breakfast food can be better. Noodles were served cold, mackerel tastes so fishy, scrambled eggs watery

Okay. I would rate this average.
Simple things like a boiled eggs in breakfast could be provided

Very centrally located. Daimaru is just opposite the hotel.
The room was too small. 2 big luggages couldn’t be open at the same time. I had to stack one stool over the other to make way for the luggage (see Pic). Beds are too close to each other (see Pic). Lobby is on the 7th floor not on level 1.
